This CD contains 14 tracks. It is a mix of all the musical styles that you have come to know, appreciate and love about the Paul James Band. 

Songs range in styles from southern swing to jiving jitterbug, along with all your favourite sad, sweet, sexy and strange blues.

La Vie en Bleu

This CD contains 15 tracks, 11 of which are frequently requested at live shows, songs that the Paul James Band have been performing for over 25 years. 

Fans will be surprised by the 4 original songs composed by Paul James. They are titled: 'Hey Now Rosie', 'Red Hot Mama', 'Gotta Gimmie Some of It' and 'Take It Easy'. 

Paul's all time favourite songwriter is paid in tribute with 3 songs on this CD;  'Highway 61', 'Like a Rolling Stone' and 'It's All Over Now Baby Blue'. 

As for hot requested tunes, Paul has chosen the following from his live shows; Rolling Stone tunes, 'Sweet Virginia' and 'Satisfaction', Chuck Berry's 'Carol', Van Morrison's 'Gloria', Willie Dixon's 'Red Rooster', 50's classic rockers 'Louie Louie', 'Caladonia' and 'The Last Clean Shirt'.

Paul's Acoustic Blues

This CD consists of 16 acoustic blues songs with guest appearances from John Hammond, Ken and Chris Whitely. Paul's solo style in this CD was influenced by Robert Johnson, Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters, Bob Dylan, John Hammond, as well as many other great country blues artists from the 1920's and on.

This C.D. commemorates the resurrection of Lick'n'Stick Records, Paul's independent label. Four of the songs on this CD have been made into music videos. Paul's songs show his roots in Chicago Blues, 50's and 60's Rock'n'Roll, Country and Rockabilly, as well as Reggae and Latin grooves.
